완본체는 수리가 좀 어렵습니다. 부속 구하기가 어려워요.

 고사양 컴퓨터는 대기업(중소기업) 완제품은 많이 구입하진 않고 조립 컴퓨터로 맞추는 경우가 많다보니, 저는 처음보는 msi 완본체입니다. 처음에 사람이 조립을 했기 때문에 분해도 가능하지만, 일반적인 부속을 안 쓰는 경우가 많아서 컴퓨터 수리점에서 취급하는 표준형 조립 부품과 호환성이 떨어지는 경우가 많습니다.

 동네 컴퓨터 수리점에서 특이한 컴퓨터나 케이스는 수리 접수를 잘 안 받으려 합니다. 기껏 점검했는데, 부속이 없으면 교체도 안 되고 열심히 점검해도 점검 비용 받기가 쉽지 않고 그렇습니다. 그렇다고 이런 본체가 한 달에 한 건이라도 수리가 들어오면, 예비 부품을 준비하겠지만, 제가 10년 넘게 컴퓨터 수리하면서, 처음 봤을 정도로 흔하지 않은 컴퓨터입니다. 

 옆면을 열었습니다. 특이하게 노트북 메모리가 2개 장착된 상태네요. 이런 완본체는 자체 주문 생산한 기판을 사용해서 동네에서는 이런 기판 자체를 구하기가 어렵습니다. 많이 팔리지 않은 모델은 본사(제조사)에서도 해당 부속이 잘 없는 경우가 있어서 A/S센터도 부품을 본사로 발주하고 기다려야 합니다. 서비스센터도 방문하기 전에 미리 전화상으로 문의/접수하고 방문하시는 게 좋습니다.

그래픽카드도 전용 브라켓으로 세워서 고정된 상태

 반대편 케이스 뚜껑을 열었습니다. 그래픽카드가 보이네요. 그래픽카드 꺾임 브라켓(이 제품 전용)으로 그래픽카드를 세웠습니다. 이런 브라켓도 유니크한 제품이라서, 동네에는 호환되는 브래킷이 잘 없습니다. (거의 없습니다.) 가끔 특이하게 이 브라켓도 불량이 생기는데, 브라켓과 그래픽카드를 분리해서 다른 컴퓨터에서 테스트는 되지만, 막상 수리가 완료가 안 되는 경우입니다.

(5년 사용한) 1열 수랭 쿨러와 CPU 서멀 컴파운드 재도포

 이 컴퓨터의 냉각 시스템은 1열 수랭 쿨러를 사용하네요. 참 조심스러운 청소 작업입니다. 본체가 3년은 넘어 5년 가까운 제품인데요. 그러면, 호스도 5년이면 오래됐잖아요? 분해하거나 조립하면서 호스를 움직이는 것으로 호스 연결 부위가 헐거워져서 누수가 생기면? 대략 난감한 경우가 생기잖아요?

 그래서, 동네 컴퓨터 가게에서 이런 본체를 맡아서 수리하는 걸 꺼리는 경우가 많습니다. 저도 마찬가지입니다. 청소해서 받을 수 있는 비용(공임)보다, 의도치 않게 수리 중에 고장냈을 때, 물어줘야 할 금액이 훨씬 크기 때문입니다. 부품 수급도 안 되는 경우이니 더욱 그렇습니다.

수랭 쿨러 밑면의 구리판의 서멀도 닦았습니다. 둥글게 자국이 있는데, 지워지지 않네요. 먼지를 털어내고 수랭 쿨러를 재조립하고 있습니다.

 분해 역순으로 1열 수랭 쿨러를 케이스에 고정시키고 있습니다. 수랭쿨러는 아래와 같이 플라스틱 고정핀으로 고정된 방식입니다. (석고벽에 나사 박을 때처럼) 가이드를 먼저 구멍에 꽂아 놓고 가운데 고정핀을 박아서 펼쳐서 고정하는 방식입니다.

씨네벤치 R23 테스트하면서 CPU 온도 확인 중

 청소하기 전에 씨네벤치R23 돌렸을 때, CPU 온도 측정한 사진은 없는데요. 80도 후반대를 찍었던 걸로 기억하고 있습니다. 청소 후 CPU온도는 최대 80을 찍고 있네요. 평상시 아무런 일을 안 할 때는 33도까지 내려갑니다.

The complete body is a little difficult to repair. It's hard to find accessories.

High-end computers do not buy many finished products from large companies (small and medium-sized companies), and they are often fitted with assembly computers, so it is the first time I have seen them. It can be disassembled because it was initially assembled by a person, but it is often incompatible with standard assembly parts handled by computer repair shops because it often does not use ordinary accessories.

 

The local computer repair shop doesn't accept unusual computers or cases. I checked it at best, but if there are no accessories, it can't be replaced, and it's not easy to get the inspection fee even if you check it hard. However, if this main body is repaired even once a month, I will prepare spare parts, but it's a computer that I've seen for the first time in more than a decade.

 

I opened the side. Uniquely, it's equipped with two laptop memories. These complete bodies use self-made substrates, so it is difficult to get these substrates themselves in the neighborhood. In some cases, the headquarters (manufacturer) does not have the appropriate parts, so the A/S center also has to order parts to the headquarters and wait. It is also recommended that you contact/register the service center by phone before visiting it.

The graphics card is also fixed with a dedicated bracket

I opened the lid of the opposite case. I see a graphic card. I set up a graphic card with a bending bracket (only for this product). These brackets are also unique, so there aren't many compatible brackets in the neighborhood. (Rarely) Sometimes this bracket also has a defect, which is unusual, and it is tested on a different computer by removing the bracket and the graphics card, but the repair is not complete.

Re-applied 1st row water cooler and CPU thermal compound (used for 5 years)

This computer's cooling system uses a one-row water cooler. It's a very careful cleaning job. The main product is over 3 years old and it's been almost 5 years. So, the hose is five years old, right? What if the hose connection becomes loose and leaks by moving the hose while disassembling or assembling? there are times when it's difficult, right?

 

So, there are a lot of times when the local computer store is reluctant to take over and repair the body. I am the same. This is because if you accidentally break it during a repair, you'll have to pay a lot more than the cost of cleaning it up. This is especially true because the supply and demand of parts are not available.

I also cleaned the thermal of the copper plate on the bottom of the water cooler. There's a round mark, but it doesn't come off. Dust is being removed and the water cooler is being reassembled.

The first row water cooler is secured to the casing in reverse order of disassembly. The water cooler is fixed with a plastic fixing pin as shown below. The guide is inserted into the hole first (as when screwing into the stone wall) and the middle fixing pin is inserted to open it and fix it.

 

During reassembly of the water cooler, insert the guide into the positioning water cooler hole and insert the fixing pin.Secure the water cooler guide to the casing.

When I turned Cinebench R23 before cleaning, there is no picture of CPU temperature measurement. I think I was in the late 80s. After cleaning, the CPU temperature is up to 80. When I don't do anything, it goes down to 33 degrees.
